Chase Freeman Homes has built over 40 homes throughout Baltimore City and Baltimore County, ranging from 1,800 to 4,500 square feet.
Meet Chase Freeman
Chase Freeman, the company's president, is a Baltimore native with a lifelong involvement in real estate. A Maryland licensed Associate Broker since 2008, Chase is a nationally recognized Real Estate Agent in the Keller Williams Legacy office in Towson, MD and is affiliated with the global Keller Williams brand.
More than just a real estate agent, Chase dedicates his time to renovating properties for low to moderate-income families, investing in and developing real estate, and hard money lending. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, where he studied Economics with a focus on Real Estate.
Growing up, Chase’s favorite board game was Monopoly, which he often played solo—a fitting preview of his future career. "Finding properties, developing them, collecting rent—it's basically what I do now every day, only now I'm playing with real money instead of fake money."
Chase’s primary client base consists of investors, builders, and developers who make their living in real estate full-time. On average, he manages about 15 projects simultaneously, overseeing them all as a project manager. As a solo agent with no administrative help, Chase closed 50 transactions with about $20 million in volume last year. He thrives on the independence and daily challenges that real estate offers, stating, "I like being independent and that every day is different. I enjoy meeting and helping people. I'm constantly on the go and can be very busy, but I love the problem-solving aspect of real estate."
Chase is a hands-on builder who works closely with clients from the planning stages to the finishing touches, striving for 100% client satisfaction.
